Shop Policies

By making a purchase, you are agreeing that you had read our Shop Policies.
Purple Mountain Design is not able to accept exchanges or returns.
All items are ready to ship within our production timeline. 
►Please consult the sizing guides/charts located in each listing, prior to placing your order.



Unless noted, all items will ship within our production timeline. Our production times can change depending on volume of orders. However, we do try to produce all orders as quickly as possible! All orders come with tracking information.


Once your order has been produced and is ready to ship, all orders will ship via the method of USPS delivery that was selected at checkout. We trust that each of our customers will select the proper method of delivery for their order to arrive by their need by date.

We offer:

►USPS Standard First Class Shipping 3-7 Business Days * ESTIMATED arrival 
►USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 Business Days *ESTIMATED arrival 
►USPS Priority Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days

►The tracking number that you receive in your email upon shipping, will serve as confirmation of shipping. As much as we try to do everything in our powers to ensure your orders arrive, we cannot control the USPS system, but will do everything in our power to assist in finding your package and a resolution (if lost). We will not grant refunds for shipping not arriving by an estimated ship date. If there is PROOF by the USPS that it was NOT delivered or LOST, we will access the situation to come up with a proper solution. 

►Orders are shipped to the address on your order, unless otherwise specified. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide Purple Mountain Design with the correct shipping address.

►Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will result in the buyer paying for additional shipping costs to reship their package once returned to us. Please make sure you are submitting your order with the correct address before hitting "submit order." 

►If your package was damaged during shipping please contact support@purplemountaindesign.com with a photo and we will work on a replacement or file a claim with USPS. 

►Arrival varies per country (can take 1-6 weeks). 
We do offer First Class, Priority Mail & Priority Express

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless we made an error on your order.


You have 24 hours after your order is placed to cancel your order. 


Please consult sizing charts and shipping guides prior to purchasing. Please keep in mind that sizing charts are merely a suggestion. Measurements, weights, and heights are provided for almost all sizes. Each brand does fit differently and expectation of fit will always vary.
